nustatgame Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "nustatgame," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" — refers to the operator of nustatgame.net, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Philippine market.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a nustatgame account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" — the unique registered account opened by a Player on the nustatgame Platform.
• "Balance" — the total of all real money funds credited to a Player's nustatgame account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms as disclosed at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification, a mandatory process involving submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and supervises nustatgame's operations.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a game, sport event, or other activity available on the nustatgame Platform.
• "Services" — all products, games, features, payment functions, and customer support services offered by nustatgame.

Access to and use of the nustatgame Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or engage in any gambling activity on the nustatgame Platform, in strict compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. nustatgame reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close an account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

The nustatgame Platform is operated for and directed at players resident in the Republic of the Philippines. Players must access nustatgame from within a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided to nustatgame is truthful and not misleading at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. nustatgame reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the nustatgame Platform. The operation of duplicate, linked, or otherwise connected accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. nustatgame reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual and to void all pending transactions, bonuses, and winnings in the event that multiple accounts are detected.

By maintaining an Account on the nustatgame Platform, you undertake the following obligations at all times:

• You will keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You will notify nustatgame immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information in your Account profile and will promptly notify nustatgame of any changes to your registered details.
• You will complete KYC verification when requested by nustatgame, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and any additional documentation required for AML compliance.
• You will not allow any other person, including a minor, to access or use your Account or place bets on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you, except where such activity results directly from nustatgame's own negligence.

nustatgame accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may vary and nustatgame does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment channel.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposit processing: GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your nustatgame Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 5–30 minutes subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Currency: All Account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction.
• No third-party deposits: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposit fees: nustatgame does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.

nustatgame reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of any deposited funds at any time, in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a hold being placed on the Account pending review.

A Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed by nustatgame. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification. Only the real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal at any given time.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• GCash and Maya: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts, subject to volume and AML screening. nustatgame does not guarantee a specific processing time.
• Bank transfers: Processing times of 1–3 business days may apply for withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Withdrawal to original payment method: nustatgame reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same account or e-wallet used to make the most recent deposit, as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawal fees: nustatgame does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.

nustatgame reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request where: (a) the Player's identity or the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concern; (c) an active dispute or investigation is pending; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after accounting for outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Unjustified or fraudulent withdrawal requests may result in permanent Account closure.

nustatgame may offer various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty program rewards to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms disclosed at the time the specific bonus is offered. In the event of conflict, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses carry wagering requirements, which must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be disclosed for each offer.
• Bonus expiry: All nustatgame bonuses carry a validity period, typically 7–30 days from issue, unless otherwise specified. Bonuses that remain unactivated or have incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are disclosed in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus is active, the maximum single wager that will count toward wagering requirements is ₱500 or such other limit as stated in the bonus terms. Bets placed above this limit may be voided at nustatgame's discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only have one active welcome bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonus stacking is not permitted.
• Abuse: nustatgame reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.

All casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets available on the nustatgame Platform are governed by the specific rules displayed within the respective game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wager.

• RNG certification: All RNG-based games on nustatgame (including slots, RNG tables, virtual sabong, and e-games) use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• RTP disclosure: The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG game is disclosed in the game information panel. RTPs reflect long-term statistical expectations and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers subject to their own certified dealing procedures. nustatgame is not responsible for errors caused by third-party live dealer studio outages, but will endeavor to resolve disputes fairly.
• Bet settlement: Settled bets are final. nustatgame reserves the right to void or re-settle bets where a software error, data feed error, or human error has clearly resulted in an incorrect outcome being recorded.
• Sports betting: Sports betting markets and odds are provided subject to the specific sports betting terms available within the betting interface. In-play markets are subject to automatic suspension during significant events. Live stream availability does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nustatgame Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Using software, bots, automation tools, artificial intelligence, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or glitch in nustatgame's games or systems. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the odds or exploit other Players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the nustatgame Platform for any purpose in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or applicable laws.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one Account on the nustatgame Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nustatgame staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content available on the nustatgame Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of nustatgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

No part of the nustatgame Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means — electronic, mechanical, or otherwise — without the prior written consent of nustatgame. Any unauthorized use of nustatgame's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustatgame's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player to nustatgame during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nustatgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill, arising from: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account; (d) technical failures, interruptions, or outages beyond nustatgame's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or events of force majeure.

nustatgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within the timeframe specified by nustatgame.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Where an Account is closed by nustatgame for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time. Where closure results from a Player breach, nustatgame reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or AML concerns are substantiated, to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.

nustatgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. The Platform provides Players with the following tools, accessible from the Account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 1 month to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account is suspended and all promotional communications ceased.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net position during a gaming session.

All gambling activities on the nustatgame Platform are strictly for entertainment and are available only to players aged 21 and above. nustatgame recognizes that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and encourages any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem to use the self-exclusion tools available or seek assistance from appropriate support services.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the nustatgame Platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, account balances, withdrawals, or bonus terms, you must first contact nustatgame's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. nustatgame will investigate the matter and provide a written response within five (5) business days of receipt of a complete dispute submission.

If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through nustatgame's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the licensing authority. nustatgame's PAGCOR license information, including the relevant contact details for regulatory escalation, is available on the nustatgame About Us page.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

nustatgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or Philippine law.

Your continued use of the nustatgame Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. The most current version of these Terms is always available at nustatgame.net/terms-conditions, identified by the effective date shown at the top of the document.
